31.5-Inch Mini-LED Gaming Monitors
Three models on a 31.5″ panel, all with 576-zone Mini-LED backlights. Two run QHD at 165 Hz on HVA and IPS; the third is a 4K IPS with 1600-nit peak brightness and USB-C at 90 W.
The three models side by side
All three carry the same 576-zone backlight, so the difference is the panel in front of it. HVA gives 3500:1 static contrast and the fastest response; IPS gives the wider gamut and, on the 4K model, the tightest calibration in the whole range.

HVA or IPS at the same zone count
The two QHD models differ in one decision. M32AQH-ST uses an HVA panel: 3500:1 static contrast and a 2 ms response, but 97% gamut and 8-bit colour. M32AQH-STA uses IPS: 99% DCI-P3, 10-bit, HDR 1400 and a 400-nit higher HDR peak, at 1000:1 static contrast and 4 ms.
HOW TO READ THISWith 576 dimming zones behind either one, the static contrast number matters less than it would on an edge-lit panel — the backlight is already doing most of the work in dark scenes. For a gaming SKU sold on colour and HDR claims, the IPS model is the easier one to market. For a dark-room or shift-work environment, the HVA still has the visible edge.
