Video walls and fine-pitch LED
Large-format display for control rooms, security operations centres and broadcast. Two LCD video wall panels at 1.7 mm and 0.88 mm combined bezel, and a COB fine-pitch LED cabinet where a seamless picture is the requirement. For shop floors and lobbies, a free-standing GOB LED poster that runs on its own battery.
Rated for continuous duty — the LCD panels for 7 × 24 operation with mean time between failures above 50,000 hours. Video processors, mounting structure and content software are specified alongside the panels but sourced to your preference; we supply the display hardware.
55″ LCD video wall · 1.7 mm bezel

Original ultra-narrow-bezel panels with a 1.7 mm physical seam, direct-lit LED backlight for even brightness and wider gamut across the array. Signal input covers VGA, DVI, HDMI and CVBS (BNC), so an existing matrix or older source equipment does not have to be replaced to commission the wall.
| Panel size | 55″ |
| Resolution | 1920 × 1080 |
| Combined bezel | 1.7 mm |
| Brightness | 500 cd/m² |
| Contrast ratio | 1200:1 |
| Viewing angle | 178° |
| Colour deviation | Δu’v’ < 0.006 |
| Backlight | Direct-lit LED |
| Signal inputs | VGA, DVI, HDMI, CVBS (BNC) |
| Duty cycle | 7 × 24 continuous; MTBF > 50,000 h |
46″ LCD video wall · 0.88 mm bezel

Industrial-grade DID panels at 0.88 mm combined bezel — the narrowest seam in the range, for arrays where the join must effectively disappear. A temperature monitoring module inside each unit triggers over-temperature protection before the panel is at risk, and the fully enclosed metal housing shields against radiated interference and strong electric fields. Wall, floor-stand and ceiling-suspended mounting are all supported.
| Panel size | 46″ |
| Panel type | Industrial-grade DID |
| Resolution | 1920 × 1080 @ 60 Hz |
| Combined bezel | 0.88 mm |
| Brightness | 500 cd/m² |
| Contrast ratio | 1200:1 |
| Viewing angle | 178° horizontal / 178° vertical |
| Power consumption | ≤ 200 W; standby ≤ 0.5 W |
| Protection | Internal temperature monitoring with over-temperature cut-off |
| Mounting | Wall, floor stand or ceiling suspension |
Fine-pitch COB LED

Chip-on-board packaging instead of conventional SMD, which is where fine-pitch LED usually fails in service — SMD lamps chip on contact and lose brightness unevenly over time. COB encapsulates the die, so the surface survives handling and cleaning. Sub-millimetre pitch gives a genuinely seamless picture with no bezel line anywhere in the array, and front maintenance means a failed module is replaced without access behind the wall.
| Pixel pitch | P1.2 – P2.5 |
| Packaging | COB (chip-on-board) |
| Brightness | 500 – 1200 cd/m², adjustable |
| Contrast ratio | ≥ 5000:1 |
| Refresh rate | ≥ 3840 Hz |
| Cabinet size | 600 × 337.5 mm |
| HDR | HDR10 |
| Maintenance | Front access |
Typical deployments are command and control centres, broadcast studios, corporate showrooms and themed attraction backdrops — installations where the wall runs all day and a visible seam is not acceptable.
Choosing between LCD and LED
| LCD video wall | Fine-pitch COB LED | |
|---|---|---|
| Seam | 0.88 mm or 1.7 mm visible line | None |
| Pixel pitch | Fixed by panel size | P1.2 – P2.5 selectable |
| Brightness | 500 cd/m² | 500 – 1200 cd/m² |
| Contrast | 1200:1 | ≥ 5000:1 |
| Array shape | Rectangular grid | Any shape the cabinet layout allows |
| Cost per m² | Lower | Higher |
| Best for | Monitoring walls, budget-led projects | Seamless requirement, close viewing distance |
Tell us the wall dimensions, the viewing distance and the content you are driving, and we will say which of the two is the right answer — including when neither is, and a single large-format panel does the job for less.
GOB LED poster displays
A free-standing LED poster: four die-cast aluminium cabinets stacked into a 640 × 1920 mm screen, 50 mm thick, on a base with castors. The modules are GOB-treated (glue on board), a clear layer cast over the LEDs that protects them from knocks — which matters on a display that is wheeled across a shop floor every day.
A swappable 24 V lithium battery in the base runs the unit for more than 10 hours with no mains cable. Content is pushed remotely from the publishing software, to one poster or to a row of them spliced into a single wide picture.

Where it fits, and where it does not. At 650 – 800 cd/m² and IP43 this is an indoor product: shop floors, shop windows, hotel lobbies, restaurants, reception areas and exhibition stands. It is not built for direct sun or rain. A display that has to live outdoors needs several times the brightness and a sealed enclosure — tell us the site and we will specify that as a separate build.
Size a video wall
Send the wall dimensions, the array layout you have in mind and the destination market. Feasibility, indicative MOQ and tiered pricing come back within one business day.
If the wall does not need to be seamless, a single large panel is cheaper and simpler to drive — see indoor signage for sizes up to 98″. For anything that has to survive weather or direct sun, see outdoor displays.
