Televisions, 15″ to 110″
OEM sets from the current colour catalogue: frameless and large-size lines shown on webOS, Google TV lines at 2 GB + 16 GB, plus QLED, OLED, tempered glass and the small sets. Carton sizes and container counts are the catalogue’s own figures.
Which line is which
This is not the commercial Android panel on the smart TV page. That page is a reference build configured per order. The lines below are the colour-catalogue sets, and the platform is part of the line.
| Line | Sizes | Platform | What the catalogue specifies |
|---|---|---|---|
| Frameless | 32″ 43″ 50″ 55″ 65″ | Shown running webOS | 4K, 3840 × 2160. Screen-to-body ratio up to 99%. |
| Narrow bezel | 32″ 40″ 43″ | Google TV, 2 GB + 16 GB | Screen mirroring from a phone or tablet. The panel artwork is marked Mini LED. |
| Large size | 65″ 75″ 85″ 100″ 110″ | webOS, 2 GB + 16 GB | 4K on most models, as the catalogue phrases it. |
| Tempered glass | 32″ 40″ 43″ 50″ 55″ | Google TV, 2 GB + 16 GB | Tempered glass. The text claims impact resistance, anti-fingerprint and anti-oil. It is not a ballistic rating we have published. |
| OLED | 65″ to 110″ | Not named in the text | Self-emitting pixels. Screen mirroring. The artwork shows an Android mark; the body text does not name webOS or Google TV. |
| QLED | 50″ 55″ 65″ 75″ 85″ | Google TV, 2 GB + 16 GB | Described as quantum-dot material with a backlight or a self-emitting panel. Screen mirroring. |
| Small, 4:3 | 15″ 17″ 19″ | Not a smart-TV OS | HDMI, USB, ATV, AV, audio, RJ45. Artwork also shows VGA and DVB-T2. |
| Small, 16:9 | 19″ 22″ 24″ 27″ 32″ | Not a smart-TV OS | DC 12 V, HDMI, VGA, AV, DTV, RJ45, audio. The text claims HDR and a game mode. |
Ports repeated on the smart-TV lines are USB, HDMI, RJ45, RF, AV, Wi-Fi, DVB-T2/S2, Bluetooth and audio. App stores follow the platform. The catalogue artwork shows streaming-service marks; we do not publish those as certifications. Conference panels are a different product, on the conference all-in-one page.
Cartons and container loads
Carton size is millimetres, length × width × height. The last two columns are how many of that carton the catalogue says fit in a 20-foot container and a 40-foot high cube. They are the printer’s figures, not a loading plan we have re-counted.

The large-size 65″ line prints 420 sets in a 40HQ. The frameless 65″ line prints 620. Same nominal size, different carton height, different count. Quote the line, not just the inches.
Tempered glass

|---|---|---|---|
| 32″ | 775 × 101 × 474 | 943 | 1833 |

QLED

|---|---|---|---|
| 50″ | 1178 × 107 × 705 | 315 | 765 |
| 55″ | 1280 × 107 × 770 | 299 | 726 |
| 65″ | 1500 × 120 × 900 | 173 | 420 |
| 75″ | 1740 × 120 × 1050 | 139 | 338 |
| 85″ | 2050 × 150 × 1240 | 73 | 178 |
Five carton heights are printed as two digits: 61 mm and 70 mm and 90 mm on the frameless 43″, 50″ and 65″ rows, and 70 mm and 90 mm on the tempered-glass 43″ and 55″ rows. A carton that shallow cannot hold the set, so those heights are left blank here. Length, width and the container counts on those rows are still the printed figures. We confirm the packing drawing before quoting any of those five.
Small sets and the desktop monitors
The same catalogue has two desktop monitors, both 19″ to 32″ at 75 Hz. The frameless monitor is specified at 6 ms, IPS, 178° and flicker-free, with DC 12 V, HDMI, VGA, DisplayPort, DVI and audio. The second is specified as 1080p IPS, with HDR and a game mode claimed in the text, and HDMI plus VGA called out on the artwork. The 16:9 small TV prints the same carton table as both monitors.
| Size | Carton, mm | 20GP | 40HQ |
|---|---|---|---|
| 19″ | 481 × 112 × 355 | 1464 | 3550 |
| 22″ | 550 × 113 × 394 | 1143 | 2777 |
| 24″ | 590 × 115 × 398 | 1057 | 2567 |
| 27″ | 735 × 115 × 450 | 826 | 2005 |
| 32″ | 785 × 125 × 505 | 565 | 1372 |
The 4:3 small-TV table prints 15″ and 19″ on one carton, 481 × 112 × 355 mm, 1,464 per 20GP and 3,550 per 40HQ. The 17″ row is printed as 550 × 113 × 394 mm, 1,143 and 2,777 — the same carton as the 22″ monitor. Treat that as the printed sheet, and confirm it if the size matters to the freight.
