This website is operated by Tianjin HSST Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”), which sells its display products under the Claronix brand. This page explains what personal information we collect through claronixmonitor.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us through one of the enquiry forms on this site. The form asks for your name, business email address, company, country or region, the products you are interested in, an estimated quantity, and — optionally — a phone or WhatsApp number and a message.

We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we do not use your details to add you to a marketing list. Our web server keeps standard access logs containing IP addresses and request details, as almost every web server does, for security and troubleshooting.

How your enquiry reaches us

When you submit the form, its contents are saved to a private enquiry log on this website, visible only to our staff, and sent to our company mailbox as an email. Delivery of that email is handled by Brevo (Sendinblue), an email service provider acting on our behalf; your details pass through their systems in order to reach our inbox. If you arrived from one of our adverts and accepted marketing cookies, the log also records which advert or campaign brought you — for example a Google or Meta click identifier — so we can tell which of our advertising produces useful enquiries. In that case we also send Google a one-way encrypted (hashed) copy of your email address alongside that measurement event, so Google can match the enquiry to the advert you clicked; Google can compare it with data it already holds but cannot read your address from it.

Why we use it, and for how long

We use what you send us for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to carry on that commercial conversation — quotations, samples, orders and after-sales support. We keep your enquiry and the correspondence that follows for as long as we have an active or reasonably foreseeable business relationship with you, and for as long afterwards as commercial and tax record-keeping obligations require.

Cookies

This site is built on WordPress, which sets one cookie to remember your language and a few more for people who log in to administer it. Those are needed for the site to work and are set whatever you choose below.

Everything else is optional and off until you accept it. We load our measurement tags through Google Tag Manager; today the only one is Google Analytics 4, which records which pages you open, roughly where in the world you are — city level, worked out from an IP address that Google shortens before storing it — what device and browser you use, and which search engine or site sent you here. None of that tells us who you are. Your name and email address reach us only if you fill in the enquiry form yourself.

Google processes this data on our behalf, on servers that may sit outside China, and retains it for up to 14 months. We also run search adverts on Google: to see which adverts lead to enquiries, Google Analytics shares conversion data with our Google Ads account, using the same analytics cookies described above. We do not use it for remarketing. If we later add advertising or remarketing tags, they will sit behind the same consent choice and will not load unless you accept them. You can change your mind at any time with the button below, install Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser. None of that affects your ability to read this site or send us an enquiry.

Where your information goes

We are based in Tianjin, China, and our staff read and answer enquiries there. If you write to us from outside China, your information will therefore be transferred to and handled in China. Our web hosting and email delivery providers may process data in other countries in the course of delivering those services, and Google processes the analytics data described above on servers of its own choosing. We share your information with no one else, other than where we are required to by law.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. The records we normally hold are your entry in our enquiry log and the email thread you started, so deletion means deleting both. Write to us through the Contact page and tell us what you would like us to do.
