SEND WITH THE ORDERSend us the wall build-up — brick, cladding, curtain wall or steel — with the order. The bracket is not a generic VESA plate at these sizes and weights, and a 98″ outdoor enclosure is not something to discover a fixing problem about on installation day.
Drive-thru and menu board use
Drive-thru menu boards are the hardest wall-mounted case and worth calling out separately. The units sit in a lane with no shade, they are read from a stationary car at a fixed distance, and they run from open to close every day of the year. Three things follow from that.
- Facing is not negotiable — the lane decides it. That usually means specifying for the worst case rather than the average
- Duty cycle is close to continuous, so the automatic brightness curve matters more than the peak nits figure
- Multi-screen arrays need the same panel batch, or the white point drifts visibly between adjacent boards
